Standard DME

Referral Intake

Your assigned Advocate reviews the referral, confirms demographics and prescription details, and identifies the correct in-network provider.

Provider Coordination

The Advocate verifies item availability, confirms contracted pricing, and sends all required documents.

Authorization & Processing

All HCPCS codes, quantities, and costs are reviewed and submitted for authorization.

Delivery Coordination

Delivery or pickup is scheduled and tracked, with ongoing updates to the adjuster/NCM.

Patient Follow-Up

The Advocate will follow up with the patient to confirm successful delivery and product satisfaction.

Case Completion

A final update is provided; the case is closed and then invoice is sent.

Custom DME

Initial Contact

The Advocate gathers sizing and demographic details from the injured worker.

Referral to Fabrication Shop

The appropriate shop is selected, documents are sent, and the evaluation is scheduled.

Evaluation Follow-Up

Completion is confirmed, timelines are shared, and updates continue until the estimate is received.

Estimate Review

Codes, quantities, and pricing are validated before preparing the quote.

Authorization & Fabrication

Authorization is submitted and fabrication timelines are communicated.

Delivery Coordination

Delivery is scheduled, tracked, and confirmed.
